Tenant Move-In inspection. - The purpose of the move-in inspection is to document the current condition of the rental unit at the time of move-in and to assure the tenant that any necessary repairs or changes pointed out will be taken care of, this helps re-asure the tenant and tends to create optimal conditions for a smooth transition.
Insurance - It is recommended that all tenants should obtain their own insurance. The landlord is not liable for any losses that occur due to fire, water damage, theft or other causes. Tenants are also liable for any damage to the apartment that is caused due to the negligence of the tenant. (i.e. damage to flooring due to tenant overflowing their bathtub)

If you are not sure of which services to switch, refer to your lease (clause #6) or call our office at (613) 555-1212 and we will be able to assist you.
